At Devaasya, your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we offer a simple and transparent 7-day, no-questions-asked return policy (excluding bulk orders). We believe in the divine quality of our products, and we stand by it.

🛍️ How to Initiate a Return or Replacement:

If you encounter any issues, don’t worry — our dedicated customer support team is always here to guide you with compassion and clarity, ensuring a smooth and respectful experience.


🧡 Our Promise:

Each product is carefully packed with love and blessings to reach you safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you’re simply not satisfied, kindly share clear photos and a short video of the product and its outer box within 7 days of receiving it.

If you’ve received a wrong or damaged product, we will dispatch a replacement without delay.


✅ Eligible Conditions for Return or Replacement:

  • You’ve received the wrong product or something different from what was ordered

  • The product has a genuine manufacturing defect

  • The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging

  • Return is initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is shared

  • Product is not a fragile or final-sale item (see below)


🚫 Products Not Eligible for Returns:

To ensure fairness to our artisans and transparency in pricing, certain items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Fragile items like ceramics, cutlery, food-serving items

  • Handicrafts or natural material-based items with minor color, texture, or shape variations

  • Minor imperfections (e.g., bubbles on ceramics not visible from the top)

  • Slight size variations (up to 2cm or 5%) from listed dimensions

  • Final Sale items or specially marked clearance products


📦 Return & Refund Process:

  • We offer free doorstep pickup for eligible returns

  • Once the product is received and passes our quality check, we will issue either:

    • Store credit valid for 3 months

    • OR a refund to your original payment method (in case of prepaid orders)

Note: If any previous COD order was rejected, we reserve the right to deny free return pickup or limit COD options.

⚠️ Packing Returns:

Please ensure that the returned items are securely packed to avoid any damage in transit. A well-protected product ensures a smoother refund and helps us serve you better.


📬 Refund Timeline:

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you via email or call. You will also be informed about your store credit or refund status.


❗Additional Notes:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or altered once shipped. Any refusal at delivery will be treated as a return.

  • For COD orders not accepted at delivery, Devaasya may restrict future COD purchases.

  • If a product is out of stock for replacement, we will issue a full refund.
