We offer a 7-day return/replacement policy for eligible items. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, we’ll replace or refund it.

10. Can I cancel or change my order?

You can request a cancellation or address change before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Contact us via WhatsApp or email immediately for quick assistance.

Yes, we ship select items internationally. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your country and the weight of your parcel.

12. What if my idol arrives broken or damaged?

In the rare event of damage, please share clear photos and a video of the product and packaging within 24–48 hours of delivery. We’ll initiate a replacement or refund as per our return policy.

13. Is gifting available?

Yes! Many of our items are perfect for festivals, weddings, anniversaries, housewarmings, and pooja return gifts. You can request gift wrapping or add a custom note by contacting us.
